I dented up my truck bed on my 2003 2500 really bad. Gooseneck vs bed wall, the gooseneck won.
I found a 2015 new take off bed locally for a low price. I was wondering if it will bolt up?? Will it hit the body when bolted up?

Idk if it will fit, but early 4th gen trucks were on the same chassis as 3rd gen, but the beds didn't change (appearance anyway) with the chassis update in 2014. Also, 4th gen tailgates fit on 3rd gen trucks, direct fit, so there's a good chance it will bolt up. Again unsure on light plugs/wiring etc.
Not too likely to find someone who's done it, because it will look totally mismatched even if it fits just like those who put new tailgates on old trucks.
Not sure why you'd want to do this unless the truck is just a beater heap anyway and appearance is of no concern.
