I used the exact same ones on my '08 Megacab over two years ago, and they still work great.
I tried to locate a pig tail for the different connectors, but never finished searching or found a match. I used spade connectors like you did and zip tied the wires to the motor housing so they wouldn't move or come loose.
If I recall I also had to replace one of the roll pins with a longer bolt... but it has been a while. Both the seat lift motors are the same too.
