2 inch Rear lift blocks

I am running a 2 inch leveling kit in my 2007 3500. Can I run 2 inch lift blocks in the rear also and will the stock shocks be long enough?

I used a skyjacker 2" block on mine. I cut it in half and machined it so I had a 1" rise in the rear with 2.5" up front. Perfect for me, I would love to go bigger all the way around but i can still make it in the local car wash.....
