I had the Rickson 19.5's on three trucks... '96 3500 2wd, '01 3500 4x4 and '03 3500 4x4. I had the narrower 6" wide wheels so I was stuck with 225/70-19.5 tires, but I liked 'em for the most part. I didn't care for the lack of choice in terms of all-season tires, but they sure looked nice and were durable! I got 70-80k out of each of the two sets of tires I had on 'em.

I finally sold them just before getting rid of my 03... now I'm back to stock on my 05. I'll stick with stock for now, as I may upgrade to a new 4500 in a couple years, and they come with 19.5's so that'll be nice.
