I would assume they will fit, I can't imagine Dodge making two different sets of dually fenders for thier trucks.

Technically they make two different sets already.

i havent seen 1 other than picture so i would assume that it bolts up on the lip on the inside of the wheel well then it probibly has little holes for it to clip into. Now i know there are holes in my bed now that would have to be filled when i take the old dually fenders off. Any body know how many there are on each side

Dodge had too make a different dually fender for the rear of the mega cab DRW as it is a short bed and the long bed fenders are too big.

I have also read some where that people thought that the mega cab DRW fenders are ugly. To me, they remind me of the older gen 1 DRW fenders.

To me, they look like something some teenager would buy at J.C. Whitney to "pimp" out his home-made dually.

The only thing I would be concerned with is the drivers side MC dually fender has a small recess to allow the fuel door to open. I dont know if thats a problem for you. You could check to see if the fenders are symmetric. If they are then you could use 2 passenger side fenders so you wont have that recess. Id measure and check up on the symmetry thing though...

I prefer the look of the Mega Cab dually fenders, but the huge hips on my truck are growing on me.... The Mega Cab ones look less intrusive - the standard ones look kind of like a fat woman's hips.
