06 windshield wash issues

06 windshield wash issues
My windshield wash on my 06 Cummins stopped working. I read the motor plug and have 11 volts on the brown power wire as she sits. Ground reads 2.3 ohms. I read out the switch in cab as per schematics and switch seems good.
