05 window switches

Is there any reason you couldn't put 3 more auto down switches in the drivers door window switch pannel?

That is a good question. I'm interested to see if anyone has tried it.

I would tend to doubt you could do this, since the one-touch down switch itself utilizes an extra set of contacts to perform the actual one-touch down feature. You could put the switch there, but it wouldn't work since I don't think the circuitry to support it wouldn't be present.

One thing I miss about my GM was that both front windows had the one touch down feature.

I just bought the woman a Z71 suburban, and I know what you mean. Now I'm jealous, becuse I don't have:

Memory that controls the: seat position, mirror position, radio presets, auto climate control settings, etc . . .
Auto down both front windows
Sun Roof
Auto folding mirrors
Auto 4wd
Heated seats, with lumbar only option
cd Changer
On and on and on

That reminds me of one other feature I always liked on my GM's... The retained accessory power after turning off the key. That was convenient, but I would never go back after having this CTD for a short while.
