03 Tail lights
03 Tail lights
Hello,
Doing a quick search it looks like a common issue.
My brother has an 03 2500, The truck has been flawless. He is at about 50K and had this issue since about 40K. Just out of warrenty =). His park rear lights will not work and gets the dash light notifiying him of a problem. Upon inspection, the filiment looks fine. Plugs the bulb back in. Works great for a while then the issue again. But this time instead of park rear lights it is brake lights. So he replaces that light and puts grease on all lights. Runs great and now he has the brake lights not working again. This time He moves the order of the the lights and works fine again.
So now the sympoms are down, I read that it could be the circuit board. I know it is not lights because it has been a long time since the first instance. Is this a known issue and is there an known fix?
