vibration when in reverse

Did deletes and truck runs great, but when place in reverse with foot on brake there's a vibration. This is only in reverse, drive seems to be the same as it was before the deletes. Anybody have this happen to them ? What would be the cause and effect ? Thanks

Hi there. Intertesting. Mine did start to do this as well after my deletes too. Not before. Only in reverse. I think it just has to do a bit with the supports and such. The stock equipment is supported very well and the I think the delete pipe just has 1 support as it is so much lighter. This might tend to allow the small vibration. Not sure why only in reverse, but it doesn't really both me anymore and I'm trying to keep the OCD to a minimum .

In reverse you will notice the RPMS drop to near 500, but in drive it remains at 750.. I don't like it and must be a safety thing, but it seems everything not tied down is resonant at that idle speed.

It shakes my mirrors too when I am backing up my TT. I really don't like it at all.. I noticed it more with my wife backing up the trailer before and the tail pipe just goes nuts.

Yup its the rpm alright. I just give a little gas and they go away. About 150 to 200 rpm does it. Thanks for the inputs.
