Studded Head.....?????

When you have a studded head, you replace the oem bolts with studs(usually arps) that can handle alot more pressure without stretching or breaking, so you can up the boost or add nos..ect... without blowing headgaskets ect.. and yes you replace all bolts that fasten the head down with the studs...

Thanks again. I pull a 5th wheel with a bass boat or ATV trailer behind it. i wanted a little more power, but mostly better fuel mileage and jr. seems to be doing that for me. Some of the threads on other forums are not so positive and i begin second guessing myself. Your info is appreciated.
Yeah other forums are known to be like that, so thats why i am here along with others that feel the same way. If you have any other questions just feel free to private message me and i will do my best to answer them..

Unless you running hard (specially when cold), lots of timing, high boost, and high HP tunes you should be ok.
