Hey guys. Lookin to put a complete egr valve and cooler delete on a customer's 2008 and I havent used this kit before. The picture doesn't show any gaskets and the description doesn't mention them so I was wondering if they are included before I order the kit.

 

mine is not a sinister, but i reused my egr gasket

 

The Sinister kit showed up today and it looks pretty good but it does not come with exhaust manifold gaskets. It also doesn't come with new hardware for the exhaust manifold. It will most likely be fine to reuse the factory stuff but I was hoping for more. Next time I'll be looking at other companines or I'll be making my own.

 

i used H&s kit was nice

 

I wont use an H&S because it blocks the coolant flow.

 

nothing for it to flow for .. no cooler

 

You can get a air pocket and cause a hot spot in the head if you don't bleed off the air (it doesn't happen all the time but can and has). That is why most have some kind of a return or crossover hose for the coolant.
