Went through the complete process of downloading new revo software (Aug 2010) but when I connected to my programmer got an error. Unit reads "Memory Erased" and computer error reads " Error erasing memory on Smarty" Trying to send S67V618Ap23ME.Smt; left message for Bob Wagner already, hoping someone else could help.

Take the "Windows" approach. Restart computer and start over. Hopefully, it won't error this time...

 

Finally got everything resolved. Windows 7 was the problem. Found work around thru Bob, reloaded updates and issues fixed. Getting stressed there.....
