First of all check the build date on your truck. If it is 03/2009 or later a downloading programmer will not work with it.... yet.
I do believe the Edge or a similar add on ecm will work.
I have the Edge Juice with Attitude on my 08 and like it, I have no complaints.
Most around here will chime in for the Smarty and so will I, it is my next purchase. I have no complaints with the EJA but find the Smarty a better package that does more. I will be keeping the EJA for a stack and gauges until I put in a full set of standard gauges.
