I personally like the NFAB step bars. I know they offer them in Stainless for the Mega Cab. Not sure if they have them for the 2010's yet though. Check website below. They are not a direct bolt on, and do require some modifications. They are a little more pricey than your basic tube step, but I think they were well worth it. I know there are lots more out there too, just all depends on your preference.
