Help! Codes after deletes!

Hey guys, just recently did the sinister EGR/cooler delete and a downpipe/dpf delete. I'm running a Smarty j67 with the 28ME software loaded, and when I programmed it I still ended up with codes P007D and P0107. And my truck sounds like a jet engine with the exhaust brake on when idling. Is this normal? I've tried to clear the codes with the Smarty, but they just keep coming back. Please Help!

The jet engine sound is normal.
Try unloading the smarty completely, let her sit for a few minutes, then reload it.
If that don't work, I'll bet Blake will chime in and be able to sort you out.

So I returned the ECM to stock, let it sit for 30 minutes, came back and tried to reload SW:1, and still have the CEL and the same codes.

I failed to mention that both my ETC and MIL light were on upon delete and programming. Figured I'd better add that in to anyone reading and able to help.

You've got everything unplugged that needs unplugged right? EGR motor zip tied up where it can still think it's doing something?
Maybe you need to get on the mads site and update your smarty. I've heard rumors that sometimes the m.e. software isn't loaded, that the box or whatever was mis labeled.

Yup, everything is unplugged except the actuator, which is zip tied out of the way inside the engine still connected. I have re downloaded the 28ME software twice onto my Smarty thinking maybe something got messed up, but still the same result. I've tried returning it to stock, letting it sit, then trying to reprogram it and nothing has worked. Still get the MIL and ETC light with the 2 mentioned codes.

Mystery solved. I'm just an idiot and in my rush to get everything done yesterday I had the MAP sensor on the intake horn unplugged instead of the throttle valve sensor . Plugged in the MAP, unplugged the throttle valve, and all is well. Thanks for the replies and help. Running like a dream now.

Beat me too it. I was about to tell ya that you got something unplugged that shoudnt be, and the P107 code was a dead giveaway.

Glad you got it sorted out.
