GDP ProGate

Got the GDP wastegate all hooked up. Looks real good under the hood. I cant feel much of a difference with regular day to day driving. But when I stand on it I feel a difference. Once I get the boost gauge hooked up Ill be able to dial it better. Even with the preset 14 psi output, the truck pulls harder and smoother than it did before. Ill get some pics when it stops raining.

The gauges are going in today, so Ill be able to dial the gate in a little better. Its set at 14 psi output right now, allows around 30 psi boost.

Sorry it took so long to get the pics up. The baby showed up a little sooner than we thought.

The AT dipstick can be mounted on the underside of the mount if you want more clearance

Rich at GDP contacted me after posting the pics, my bolt was in the wrong spot. The way it was before, the controller wasnt get boost, it was acting as a manual gate. I moved it and took it for a spin, the gate opens sooner and holds the boost sooner and stronger. Thanks Rich.

Correct location

Gordy

Is that the boost connection that I see plumbed into your EGR blocker plate.

I was wondering where I was gonna run mine and I like that idea.

Thats my boost connection. Wouldve gone with a boost bolt but I didnt want two hollow bolts holding down my intake manifold. Also, its in the right place when I get a new manifold.

Been thinking about one of these, and have a couple of them there stupid type questions:

Where does the gate exhaust to?

How about ease of installation?

Thanks!
