Fully Deleted & Throwing Codes..Help!

Fully Deleted & Throwing Codes..Help!

Ok, I finally finished getting my 2008 Dodge 6.7 Mega Cab fully deleted and took her out for a little spin and I threw two codes. First let me say what I accomplished:

1) EGR & Cooler Delete
2) Glacier Diesel S3 intake.
3) Re-attached & connected the MAP sensor to the GD S3.
4) Replaced the catalytic converter with a Flo Pro down Pipe
5) Replaced the NOX and DPF with a DPF delete pipe no bungs.
6) H&S Mini Max fully unlocked. Made sure and told the unit that the truck was deleted.....that the emissions equipment had been removed.

As soon as I started the truck up, I threw two engine codes:
1) P007D "Charge Air Cooler Temperature Sensor Circt luit High."
2) P0107 "Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit Low."

I didn't want to go too far or run it too long with an engine light on so I came home pretty soon. It's late and I'm probably going to call it a day but all I can come think of with my half a brain right now......is I remember when installing the DPF Delete pipe that the instructions talked about disconnecting 6 sensors and I thought the write up on the forum talked about removing 5. I remember another sensor connected just aft of the pressure sensors on the transmission but left it plugged in because I had already unplugged the 5 sensors listed.

Ok, So after a good nights sleep I went out to the truck this morning thinking that perhaps I plugged the wrong connector into the MAP sensor on my Glacier Diesel S3. I checked everything and it was all hooked up correctly so I simply unplugged it and plugged it back in again. Then I cleared the codes and started up the truck and no engine light .

Then I threw this code P0513 "Incorrect Immobilizer Key Code" and after clearing it, it didn't come on again. So that's where I'm at right now. I have a couple of questions regarding the install and will take some pictures later today and post with my questions.
