If you have 28, that's the last version I have. They give it a new version # with any changes. I know there were more recent versions but it was for the 10-12 year trucks.

I bet you are right.but it looks like H&S and smarty only pulled the emission programmers because you can still buy the non delete boxes etc. Mopar72

Are offroad and race vehicles required to meet emissions? No. I can see someone getting in trouble for using one on their truck that is licensed and on the streets but cant see them being able to be held responsible because someone chose to use the product in that manner. Alot of vehicle items sold as "intended for offroad use only" and left up to the purchaser to abide by all the laws.

Im guessing they will only be not available for a period of time until regualtions and laws are figured out or a loophole is found.

Why change if the current version that you have is working good than why do you need to update?
I am still using 23ME from Nov 10 with out an issue.

I agree with you, the product has all of these disclaimers that we all have to agree to in order to upload the tunes to trucks, how can the manufacturers be bullied into stopping production and shipping all together when its not u to them to police how we use the tunes..... Its the EPAs job to catch us, not to stop the manufacturers from running a business
