EPA strikes again
Well because of the EPA H&S and smarty for now will no longer make or sell tuners etc that messes with the emission. Just read this on the cummins forum. just checked the mads website and all the me down load files are gone.thank you epa Mopar72

If you have 28, that's the last version I have. They give it a new version # with any changes. I know there were more recent versions but it was for the 10-12 year trucks.

I bet you are right.but it looks like H&S and smarty only pulled the emission programmers because you can still buy the non delete boxes etc. Mopar72

Are offroad and race vehicles required to meet emissions? No. I can see someone getting in trouble for using one on their truck that is licensed and on the streets but cant see them being able to be held responsible because someone chose to use the product in that manner. Alot of vehicle items sold as "intended for offroad use only" and left up to the purchaser to abide by all the laws.
Im guessing they will only be not available for a period of time until regualtions and laws are figured out or a loophole is found.
