I have a edge juice w/ attitude installed on my 2008 and the truck started shuddering under a load or accelerating. I disconnected it from the ecm and left the attitude module on for the gauges and the shuddering stoped this truck is used for towing two bobcats, and sometimes a backhoe. Has anyone else had problems.

 

Dodge has issues with the Torque converter lock-up clutch. Its usually one of the first things to go on the truck if you use your truck. It usually happens when you tow heavy and have a box on the truck. I don't have my 09 yet, but the older trucks there was a cover on the tranny bellhousing and you can take a look at the converter. If its has the burnt coloring on the TC hub or back of the TC, you might want to do some upgrading. Depending on the dealer, you might get warranty, but as on my 02 they told me they don't do warranty work from when you tow stuff, so... The 02 stopped bucking when I removed the box as well, but the TC lock-up clutch was spent.

Hopefully the warranty stuff is better these days. Good luck buddy, just keep the foot on the floor.
