I was wondering if anyone on here has one of their clutches. The variable plate sounds pretty cool. Only reason I'm asking is I found that a supplier the shop I work at deals with carries them, so I could get it at cost... I emailed them and they say they will have the G-56 clutch out in a couple months. I just don't know if I want to risk going with somthing that no one else is running, when the South Bend is such a proven setup. Thoughts?

i saw the variable tourque clutch get a good review on some truck show on speed network but don't know anyone running it. i think one problem is their retail price is pretty close to a sb ofe or fe which has a great track record.

it's an awesome piece...southbend is the most popular but in my opinion the zoom is worth the $

 

I see you have one in your truck... How do you like it? Did you have to do a hydro upgrade as well?
