x2 stacked with predator????

i have a predator stacked with my x2,i finally got the pod working good,except the temp sensor,ive been trying all kinds of settings to find the best mpg and the best throttle responce,im not sure if my x2 is doing anything,ive got the pred on rkl stacker no timing and i can see over 25k of rail presure by itself and over 30psi of boost,i dont notice any diference on rail or boost with the x2 on settings 1-5 on the mpg set of tunes and i tried the presure only tunes and didnt notice any diference either,i see 5k idling and 7-8k cruising and 10-15 rompin around,and i see those same numbers on any setting,should i try the pred back to stock and see if theres a diference?it seems to idle smoother but im not seeing much dif in sop or gauge readings,anyone else running the x2 stacked?

anyone running this or similar stack?i read that when u stack you dont get the full potential of each device.is this true,if u stack a 200hp tuner and a 140hp module you dont get 340hp?i read that the x2 by itself is rated at 140hp and stacked with somthing its only 80hp.does this sound about right?still doesnt aswer why i dont see any dif on rail pres or boost.maybe ill try a diferent x2 tune,im waiting for the less agressive mmm tune{before 1600rpms}

I ran the RKL non stacker more timing and the stacker pressure only sw on my x2 it was a good combo I just despise the predator and not knowing exactly what is going on in that thing. Tech. support is horrible etc. I have since got rid of that headache and upgraded to the smarty. I talked to their techs for probably 8 hours on different issues/technical tunning questions and never one time got a straight forward answer over the phone, even met with 2 of their engineers not techs. at texas diesel nationals and they b/s their way through our conversation that is what did it for me not only that but then the smarty shaved off .2 seconds off my e/t without even loading the hottest smarty tune I had.

did you notice much of a diference in the presure using the x2 presure tune?im using the rkl stacker no timing and the x2 on stacker presure only,on level 1-5 i dont see much dif in presure or boost,with the x2 off i see over 30 psi and 25k of rail,maybe ill try the timing rkl tune,i agree diablo has gone downhill,im glad there hasnt been many issues with the 03-05 pred.

I did some tuning on phil's truck with the diablo it didnt run any different with the puffer then it did with regular non stacker rkl. IMO all that the puffer does is extreme torque management. I would run the regular rkl it has same amounts of pressure in the stacker or non stacker which I dont like at all the only thing different is less timing in the stacker from what the techs. at diablo b/s me about. I dunno never could get a straight answer. With the diablo rkl non stacker (lots of low end) and the x2 pressure lvl 5 bf (lots of big end) seemed to work well together except the high rail pressure issue. Smarty is my programer of choice thus far and we have tried them all with tons of different box/programer combos on several trucks and each time the results from each vehicle were the same 3rd was bullydog with custom tunes just no low end lots of trap mph, 2nd was diablo predator lots of low end decent middle no big end, and then 1st was smarty great low end almost as much as diablo tons of middle range power and great mph just not as much as bullydog.

so do you think stacking the 2 is not getting the full potential of them?maybe the rkl is already giving me the most presure and the x2 has no more to give.since im getting readings on the pod im assuming i have it conected right.maybe ill try one of the race hot or smaoke tunes.im still having laptop isuses with the x2,i wont work on my laptop but works well on my dads desktop both using xp.maybe they will get the one to work on vista soon,i have a vista laptop too.

I think that us U7131 guys are getting put in a bad spot and being forced to overdue stacking when we use the predator stacked with anything because it has lots of timing and lots of pressure in both the rkl non stacker and stacker and when we stack it with anything no matter if its pressure box or timing box were overdoing it and going too hurt something. The U7130 guys have it made with the custom tuning ability to get a tune with strictly timing or strickly pressure with the puffer software. This is less power yes but in the long run the most power is able to get to the ground. As for those guys wanting to run huge injectors and even some nitrous their options are limited into doing something that will imo hurt the motor b/c all the tunes from diablo usually have tunes of timing added and dont allow you to back it down some like the smarty for instance does. I think if diablo were to take in the advice or even listen to the users of their product they might in time have a good product but as most can tell it was released very premature imo and us u7131 guys are taking the stick and not getting the benefits that they advertised and is wrong also imo.

your right diablo is not listening at all to its customers,new and old.i dont even think johan works there anymore,the diesel market is huge and they are losing out bigtime,sure they have some new moderators but none with any knowledge of the products,if i bought a 7131 i would be ****** too,lucky the 7130 have no real issues but they have no options either no high idle,no tire size.for the money i paid i cant complain,it makes great power but getting any anwers from them is like pulling teeth.you mentioned the rkl puffer had some t/m removed?is that in the 7131 only?i thought the t/m issue died along time ago,johan tried in the summer and sent me a few beta tunes with t/m removed,awsome throttle responce but weird idle and surge issues.he never put them out and said he would play with them again after the hemi release which was a long time ago.like i said i dont think johan works there anymore and they are struggling to get another tuner.maybe its christina.
