Anyone have experience with the Workhorse module form US Diesel Chips? Thoughts on it?

bottom line...its supposedly a re-badged DR PERFORMANCE module.

 

Is that a good thing that it is a rebadged Dr. Performance module?

I would love to try the latest Dr. Performance software.....i hear they have refined it a bit and its awesome.

 

The new DRP stuff seems to be on par with everyone else making similar products. Most dealers will let you try their product. You can usually return them within a time window for a full refund. Do a little diggin'! I like the DR modules I've used.

I had a Workhorse module on my 04.5 and tow a 36 foot toy hauler in the rocky mountains. I could go up I-70 with the cruise set at 65 mph and it wouldn't slow down. I used to play with cars on Berthoud Pass which is a large pass on the way to Winter Park with many 15 mph hairpin curves. When they would try to pass me i would step on the throttle and they couldn't pass me before the next hairpin. I have since bought a 06 and my daughter and her boyfriend bought me the Edge Juice with Attitude so I installed it on my new truck. I haven't pulled my fifth wheel yet with it on so I don't know how it will compare to the Workhorse. The snow we have been having I probably won't be able to get it out until May. I don't know if it helps with the fuel mileage or not but I got around 15 mph towing my rig and around 21 without towing it. If someone wants to try one cheap, I will sell mine as I don't need it anymore. I think it fits 2003-2006.
