Take away that annoying honking when in reverse with the door open? Also, how about enable High-Idle? I can do without the high-idle, but the honking always messes with me.

Turn cruise on, get the truck to 1100 rpms and hit set and the rpms stay there. I know the bullydog does it, wonder if installing the Smarty takes that away?

Almost.

At idle, in park or neutral with your foot OFF the brake, turn on cruise, hit set and the RPM will climb to 1000 (on my truck, some report it goes to 1100). Adjust RPM to a max of 1500 using the aceelerate/decelerate button.

Helps keep the engine up to operating temperatures so the valves and injectors don't carbon up.

If I remember correct the Smarty Sr. does enable high idle. Don't know if it does it on a 03 though.

Since the horn honk is a safety feature I don't beleave Marco would open himself up to law suits by eliminating that feature.
