A bigger exhaust probably will only make the bark louder. I wonder if the sudden cut of boost will blow back through the air filter? That would be an interesting way to blow it out.

Well, I realize now that mine does bark going into OD only it's not as loud as when I hammer it and let off quickly. Very strange how it does that....
