I've got a 03' that I'm putting an 04.5 exhaust elbow and 5" downpipe on. Will the clamp used for the 03 exhaust elbow/downpipe connection be big enough to work on the 4" elbow/downpipe connection? If I need a bigger clamp, does anyone have the part number? I know I've seen something on here about it before. I just can't find it again. Thanks.

you will need a bigger (4") clamp, the stock '03 one is 3.5" (as you already know) you can just order another turbo to elbow clamp and use it on the other end of the elbow as long as the downpipe has a machined flange on it. if it doesn't go to a big rig shop they should be able to help.

you need a 4" clamp dang i wish i was at home i did that modification last summer and still have the part numbers laying around. i got mine from my local DC not really what i wanted to do but they had then and i wanted my elbow on the same day i got it but i had to fab up a down pipe
