Will the HTB2 from the 03 fit the 07?

Is everything the same as far as the exhaust outlet side goes? I had a 4" downpipe on the 03 and I think this one looks about the same size but I just want to be sure before I rip this thing apart just to find out something is different....

That I am aware of. I'm really wondering if the elbow is still 4" on both ends. The part number is not the same as another 4" elbow I have here...

Well, I really just hate to go through the hassle to find that something won't work and then have to put the stock one back on. I might do it anyways. I can just pull the stock elbow off and match it up with an extra one I already have. That's the easy part. The wastegate is the big question now....

Why would the wastegate be an issue? The location of it?

Your turbo will fit- The 07 is the same as an 06 til jan 07 the only thing is the elbow, but the 04.5-07 has a larger elbow so thats a good thing.

I just don't know crap about turbos. I know I can't put a new turbo on an older truck because of the electronic wastegate. I don't know if it's the same for a mechanical one going on a truck with an electronic one....

Put the turbo on your truck!!!!!! It will work. You just have to jump the 2 wires in your plug for your waste-gate.

Just remember like your 03 your are going to have to cut that little tit off your factory elbow. My turbo for my 05 came with a plug to plug into the wire that goes to the waste-gate, but all it does is jump the 2 wires.

Actually I had a Banks Downpipe so I didn't have to worry about messing with the elbow. I assume you are referring to the pins that stick out to line it up with the stock turbo??
