Will bigger injectors help with turbo spool?
Im running a 62/71/13 with an auto trans. Im looking for advice to help with turbo lag. I know going from the 71 wheel to a 65 will help alot, but what else can i do? I have tried all the smarty tunes.

OK, so bigger injectors will help the spool. Can someine please explain to me how adding more fuel will help? As it is today, the truck will smoke like crazy down low until the turbo spools up. The smoke is unburded fuel...right... how is adding more fuel going to help? I just dont understand....

More fuel means more combustion, even if incomplete, and that increases the airflow to the turbo and makes it spool...
A cam or injectors will be your best bet. 50hp will do the trick and should add a little economy.
