What's reqd on 06 to run smarty on level 5, 7, 9?

See Sig plus i'm getting a DTT TC, VB, Billet Input, 2nd gear stuff, 3rd gear stuff,.....

I'm going to have to wait for the GDP and the SPS Turbo.....given that, but adding the tranny work, can i run the smarty on level 7 or 9 without running out of fuel? If so, what's the highest level the stock pump will support? My egt's are perfect right now on level 3.....what are they on level 5, 7, 9 with stock turbo? Max i see right now is around 1200*....w/o using the bf version of smarty....

Obviously the auto trans is the weak link with any power adder, so i think it's the logical first choice....jsut wandering how bad the stock lift pump and turbo are going to constrain me???

I ran on 7 and 9 with the mp-8 on 40% and never spiked rail pressure did drop fuel pressure down to 3. But a stock lift pump will only hold 9 psi! i hit 1200 degrees post once but didn't get any hotter than that. If your smart you won't run out of fuel completely. I can max mine now with the big turbo and stacked combo but I have a gdp kit on order!!

You definately need to upgrade the fuel system. I am another vote for the GDP Walbro pump. My stocker would pull down to almost zero fp with Smarty on 9. No problems now at all.

Transmission definately needs upgraded if you play hard. If you drive it with common sense and wait until the tq converter is locked before putting the coal to it, the trans will hold up for a long time.

I am still on my stock trans at 66,000 miles....Smarty on 9, everyday. No problems or signs of problems from it. (yet )

I'm all stock and running on level 5 right now - but I drive easy. My normal EGT's are still a little lower than stock. All in all, EGT's on 5 dont seem any worse than on 3.
