Id like to get the edge juice attitude for my 2004.5 dodge 5.9 cummins. While searching I found a tuner on ATS website that increases power 215 HP /325lb ft. for $600 its part # is DGXCEL 4.5-05. and then theres a hot version that adds 270 HP and 420 lb ft torque. will these kill a stock tranny or would i be better to go the edge juice route?

 

That's either flywheel hp or just bs. They do not have a product that will add 270hp to the wheels. Go with the Juice or go with a Smarty.

 

^^^^I agree with omaha ram. Anything adding over 60 hp will be hurting the tranny, especially if you're hard on it. Some ppl can baby it and survive, but if you're like me you can't(and won't) baby it all the time. If you want alot of power, you have to strengthen that tranny.

 

I used thier programmer on my 03 and it was alright but nothing like the smarty, I would spend that money on a smarty or a edge, smarty has more features then ats because you can change tire size and what not
