What Programmer will Raise Rev limiter to 4000?

I went to the dyno a couple days ago and put down some good numbers. The only thing is I was still gaining about 50hp and 50trq each 100rpm until the truck hit 3400rpm, or the rev limiter im guessing. What will let me pass this number?

I believe the new program that will allow the 4k rpm is not release yet. I would contact bob wagner and ask him.

It's in the works with a few companies but, no one has fueled to 4100rpm yet.

What were your numbers and which smarty program were you using ?

Bullydog will rev to 4000 but will not fuel over 3500 or so. Smarty will rev. to 4100 rpms but not fuel to that point yet I think if I remember correctly the hp started to decline on the chart but torque held off to 3900? Maybe bob will chime in. I know it was done on rip rooks truck and that is the truck that the video was taken off also.

on the older trucks valve springs were the concern with rpm , seems like at 3200 we switched to the 60# spring. What spring did cummins put in our 3rd gens stock and what rpm have we tested them to? I was told to that mine would turn 3900, but only fuel to 3700, ive not turned it passed 3500, only because not nowing what the valve springs would do.

What will going to 4000 do to the longevity of our engines, or is that an open question still?

I was with Bob and Marco when doing some testing at Floor It Diesel a week ago and I saw the Smarty fuel to 4000+ rpms on a 3rd gen and also saw it go to 4000 on a 2nd gen. I was only there a couple of days with all the tuning but they were there a week with many hours put in.
