What happened to Bullydog tech support?

I know that Bullydog has terrible tech support, but now they have removed the tech support number from their website and even if you know the number you can't get to anyone anymore. Are they going out of business or something? I know first hand that there are some problems with their products especially the Outlook monitors, I hope they don't fold up shop before I can get my stuff fixed.

Well the toll free number still works. It is after hours so just get that recording for tech support now. I have not called them in a while since I sold the BDTD. But I always got to someone, not necessarily someone that could answer a question, but a live body anyway. I used to be in their dealer database, but I guess the finally figured out I was not a dealer so that login does not work any longer. It is just the way of the world now. They are probably trying to force the support down to their resalers. A way to save money on telephone support personnel. Force you to fill out the contact form and then it is easier/cheaper to handle problems that way. But I still think that you can get them on the phone tomorrow.

I called before the end of the day and would push the appropriate numbers (1 for sales, 2 for tech support, 3 for customer service, etc) and the message would just play over and over. Also I have beeen trying to get a hold of them for weeks and I get a message box is full recording when I would try to be forwarded to tech support. And what is with the automated on hold system trying to sell you computer(PC) parts. Is Bullydog just a sideline business for a computer company?

Bully Dog's number is 866-285-5936 then you will have to press 2 to get into technical support. As for the contact us page, if you dont want to pick up the phone and give anyone a call, fill it out and somone will get back to you as quickly as possible. If you look at the instructions with any Bully Dog product that will also give you the Technical Support number.

Seriously though, unless you want to "pay to play" so to speak, I highly doubt you will last here posting company info like that. Regular old members doing it is usually fine, we have nothing to really gain.

Its funny you brought it up. I called them today and sat and listened to the stupid opra music for 10 minutes and then the dumb recording says someone will be with you shortly....................needless to say after 17.5 min. I left a voicemail . they havnt got back yet. Not the first time this has happened. Im gonna need to upgrade my minute plan
