Weird Slow Turn Signal, Smarty Related???

Smarty Jr Revo tire size adjust slowed my turn signal...
Hi,
I just bought new tires today, adjusted the tire size to 32.8 inches, and now I have slow turn signals. Bumping this old thread I guess. I have the orignal smarty jr revo software (5.08 I think). Was this problem ever resolved ?? Does it go away on its own? Will just reprogramming the truck after making the tire size adjustment fix the problem?
