Why is your post titled "warranty question"? Chips will most likely void your warranty (most dealers) if thats what you are wondering. Intakes may do the same...again depending on the dealer. As far as chips go...Quadzilla makes some reasonable priced products. You can also make some improvements to your factory airbox for next to nothing. Search for "swiss cheese airbox". If you want to buy a cold air intake S&B are probably the lowest price.
