Walbro Or Fass

Its coming time to upgrade pumps because im tired of looking at the gauge reading 5 psi. Can i get some info on benifits and where to shop?..Keep in mind im broke

From what I've been told it's really easy and reading the directions looks cake.. But mine is still sitting in the box next to my puter!!! Ain't had time!!!

It is and I questioned that too but do your re-search and trust me walbro is the only way to go!! Not knocking fass they have good stuff but you'll like walbro so much more..

I told you guys when Streetsmoker did some what of a beta test on the first kit, Walbro will be the death of FASS. I am not knowcking the FASS but the Walbro does the same thing possibly even better, with less cost. How can you go wrong? Walbro all the way! Its a breeze to install if you follow the directions. I think I am up to 4 kits that I have installed or assisted in installing!

I say FASS. It's the only one not adapted from gas. FASS is made for diesel.

Walbro's GSL392 pump has been used on diesel for quite a long time now. Before Glacier Diesel was around. Very few problems. My setup cost me around $300 and I bought a spare pump on Ebay for another $109 just in case. The design of the pump is what makes it so sturdy. Fuel cooled geroter style cannot be beat. Not knocking the FASS but their design looks like a Holley pump on mega-steroids. I've had too many pumps of that design fail in the past. No offense to the Fass people. Just my opinion. Which isn't worth much...
