This is the same discussion we have been having for the last year and a half.

Nothing sounds very definate and who's to say its going to be worth anything...........especially when there are already a few poor reviews already.

It would be nice to see BOB and MARCO release a tunable SMARTY version/file. That would be the cats meeeeeooowwww!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Lead designer didn't leave. They had some adminstrative problems, that left the owners with a very huge decision to make. Scramble and find people that could do the job or call it a wrap and quite losing money!

Good! then tell Simon to learn how to return calls! I have been trying to call them for 3 weeks. Every call goes unreturned. At this point I would believe anyone over Simon. I can't get a straight answer from him or Mendee. One minute there voicemail is full, then it is empty. So they are obviously dodging there customers and dealers.

At this point Simon's credibility is at an all time low with his dealers. I find it hard to believe anything he would say. I even have his cell phone number that he will not answer. Real cute Simon. If you read this, I hope you continue to fail when dealers are trying contact you on behalf of the customers and you can not even let them know the truth of what is going on.

Just an FYI, there are two sides to every story. I have at least 3 people that would tell you that the fault lies with Simon. Nobody else but himself. Of course he is not going to tell anyone that he is the reason for the failure.

The price had better be pretty low on the remaining C5's --- considering you are not going to get much out of them and if there is a problem... oh well.

Wow, I guess everyone is entitled to their own opinions. I didn't come on here to express mine, but I have been right there watching that company for a little over the last year. . . People will talk and people will believe what they want.

I didn't mean to sound short, just expressing the frustration that Simon has brought to us dealers that supported his sorry butt. Now he is too good to even acknowledge us and won't even answer the phone for the guys that took care of him. I am also just giving you a view of how it looked from the inside and not just what he is telling to select people. He had a good thing and has nobody to blame but himself.

If that's the case don't you think you should disclose that vA is no longer in business in your ad in the classifieds? You would be buying it with no warranty or support. You are selling it for vA right? It's listed as new.

It's a shame because I've had great success with my C5 and the ability to custom tune with the Smarty would of made it even better.
