can anyone help me get my Smarty jr updated the instructions stink

 

I upgaded my smarty jr. a while back, it was confusing. the part that I had trouble with was the drive install. If you have windows xp follow the instructions, and if you have vista let it do the driver install. hope that helps

 

how old is your jr? if was purchased recently then it has the most recent software

WOW, someone please help. Every time I try to install the driver I pick the CDM-unzipped folder like described above but nothing happens. I have XP and have the files copied in the folder that were unzipped. Nothing happens. I am not computer illerate but just about ready to throw the computer out the window.
