After a lot of research and asking the very question you are and talking to a lot of different people, I decided on the ATS twins. They are being installed as we speak. My fire ring head gasket is due in the middle of next week and my truck will be done so I will let you know how it turns out!
I have heard great things about ATS twins. they are good with stock injectors, and have 'room to grow' if you know what I mean.
Private message (PM) AK RAM, he ran BD twins and was happy with them, but they are limited to 600 hp or so
hope this helps

ATS are the nicest twins that are on the shelf and available for purchase for sure. BD's are the most reliable midrange turbo if you don't plan on going over 600 to 650hp. PowerbyPooles are the nicest custom twins. PDR's are another good choice...there are others....you should always talk to a few people that run them and see if their usage is similar to yours. I'm fabbing a set with a little help from some DTR CF accomplices.

I was looking into the artic air twins also, but poor communication. I think they use the stock turbo for the smaller and S300 for the bigger, again I think that's the turbo they use. I thought someone here was running their set up, but I can't remember who.

The AA twins use your stock turbo on top and the BHT3B on the bottom. There is a picture of RC's twins in my gallary. I've had my tranny done by Chris and I've seen the twins is person. They're very nice.
The ATS twins are awesome. They spool instantly with stock fuel and have plenty of room to grow. We will be putting the fuel to them very soon to see how they perform. I also understand that they are are making some larger housings for those looking for more air.
