Turbo Upgrade help

Hello All!

First off, I would like to say thanks for all of the great info here!

I am looking to do a Turbo upgrade. The truck is a daily driver, as well as a work truck, pulling 15000 lbs. at times. I am looking at the ATS Aurora 3000 as well as some of the Bd Turbos. Your input would be greatly appreciated.

Not too bad for everyday driving, but not for towing 15,000 lbs. We are trying a variable of a stock turbo. It should be on in the next week.

II=Industrial Injection maker of the Phat shaft,. Super Phat shaft and the silver bullet.

THe silver 64 is an upgrade from the super phat shaft 64 but has a 74 mm exhaust wheel.

I may be wrong but I am looking at buying this turbo in a few weeks and like am trying to find out who is running it and how it tows.

We just got through installing the modified stock turbo (different internal wheels). On an 06 1 ton dually the temps barely touched 1,200* pre-turbo. This was on extreme (Bullydog TD). Noted when it hit 1,200* degrees, we had the truck at 125 mph and it was 103* outside. It also had a boost fooler on it. Before it would dip over 1,450* at 85 mph.

I'd say that's not too bad for a mild upgrade. We didn't have time to install the new crazy larry and try it.
