turbo time, any suggestions

Ok i know there are several threads about this and i think i have read them all. I still cant decide on what will be the best turbo upgrade for what i have. I do want to keep on adding more mods but it is still my work truck so i dont want to go to crazy with this. It seems that everytime i upgrade something, something else breaks, so i want to do this the proper way without killing another part. Any suggestions would be awesome..

go with either a htt 62/71/13 ss or 64/71/14 ss they work well for one of the turbos in a twins setup as well. but i would think about adding a pressure box to help with spooling the turbo a little faster either a ez, puck or mp-8

With your mods I'd stick to a 62/12. I plan on purchasing a High Tech Turbo HTB2 62/12 when I finally buy. I like the upgrade path they offer in case I need it.

Nope. Will drop right in. I think the only other thing you'll have to buy is a boost fooler.

Our twin kit is going to run exactly where you want it to. You are going to have great bottom end throttle response for when you are towing and working your truck hard, and will flow lots to keep the top end cool when you are playing with it or working it hard. If you dont want to go twins right off the bat, then you can go with the Super B single which will upgrade into the twins down the road. Twins give you the best of both worlds. PM me for pricing on both.

Pat,

How large is the Super B? Or what is it roughly equivalent to? 62/12, 64/12 or something else? Thanks!

It would be equivalent to 57/12 that flows 840cfm. Supports about 450-475 on its own. But the big thing here is it will upgrade into our Super B Twins or the R700 twins.

Thank you! Can you post/PM me the price of the single turbo, then the cost of the upgrade to the twins?
