Anyone heard of this and if so any good results? I don't want to knock it , but it reminds me of the "as seen on tv" tornado. But who knows? I seen it on www.blackclouddiesel.com by the way.

 

I get a little more low end pull and about .5 mpg bump in towing mileage.

 

I know they can help on 2nd gens, but don't use two if you have twins!

I don't think they make much difference on 3rd gens with the air guides in the elbow clamped to the compressor inlet.

 

I have one, it does quiet my turbo down, which is what I bought it for

These have been around a long time. When I first heard of them there was a lot of positive things bening said. But as time wore on, more and more folks reported that there was really no gains seen, hp or mileage. So, based on that, I never got one. My opinion, blow your money elsewhere.
