I don't have one yet, but have been researching tuners for the 2 years I've had my truck, and the two biggest reasons I say Smarty are...
1. It's the only one made specifically for Cummins.
2. I've personal seen the guys who make them on this and other forums helping people out with problems they have had. Good customer service is important to me and very hard to find these days, IMO.
I'm sure the guys who have run other products and then gone to the Smarty can tell you more reason than me for sure!

I have had a TST since purchasing my truck and have been very happy.
Smarty-- Throttle response.. Power.. Mileage..
Very flexible regarding modifications you make now and in the future..
Several Software options depending on what you have or want to add to your truck.. Revo, TNT or TNT/R
Free updates....
Bob/Marco customer support/satisfaction...
Did I miss anything?

Different programs you can download from the mads website depending on the mods. you've down to your truck and what you plan on doing with your truck.
From what I've heard, each truck responds differently to the mods you have done and the tune you install.

smarty all the way, a local shop worker here that sells and installs buyllydog, and banks stuff day in and day out, just went out to a vendor and got him self a smarty, paying full price like everybody else, so he could get the best, now this guy is giving up his purchasable at cost tuners to go with smarty ! do a thread search for smarty on this site, look for the sac club, amarty annonomous club........ pages of folks joining to get an sac # for their sig.

These guys are making all these recommendations but know nothing about your truck, what you do with it, or what other mods you have... I think we need a little more information. What year is it? Do you tow, and how much? Do you have a stock tranny? Is it a stick or an auto? What gauges do you have, if any? Smartys are great but they are not adjustable on the fly and have no gauges. What do you want from your tuner - mileage, power...? Pressure will give mileage, and possibly ruin your injectors. Timing will help mileage also, but is easier on the truck. I like my Juice with Attitude. It has 5 levels of power, or 6 if I get the hot unlock with 180 hp and 440 lbs torque over stock, along with about 12 gauges built in. Give us more info!
