Ok been running my TST for 6 months now. Truck is a 04 HO DRW QC 6spd 4" exhaust straight through. 2/2 feels nice like a stronger version of a cummins. 3/3 feels at bit sluggish when you gun it in 2nd gear from 1500-2200rpms and then it flushes through smoothlyh to 3000rpms. from level 3/3 and beyond i get this "SLUGGISHNESS"........what is it??? I would rather prefer smoother overall power then feel this BOOGGGINESS.... This would be the only thing I dislike about the TST...

someone help me cure it!!!

 

will any other add on system work with the TST... I have the version with EGT and Boost gauges...

is this call stacking when you use two units???

 

no i believe i am already past 12psi ... this even happens in 3-4-5-6 gears... start from 1.5K rpms and get on the gas at 4/4-6/6.. and you feel this sluggishness....... i'll try it again and see if i am past 12psi....@1500rpm in 3rd at WOT......

 

Yes it is called "stacking" or "crazy" depending on who you ask. A number of pressure boxes stack well with the TST and some including myself have stacked a downloader with it. I personally have stacked an Edge EZ and have stacked the Bully Dog Triple Dog downloader with the TST w/twins program. I have stacked all three for drag strip. The EZ and TST are pretty good together, the EZ helps the low end lag that some have complained of.

 

I second the motion for you to try a EZ stack with your TST. I love it. With the TST on 3x3 & EZ on 2. It picks up the 12 psi lag nicely. The only thing is that this will put you border line for needing a fuel system upgrade & clutch.
