tickets for window tint is very stupid. it doesnt seem to be that bad in Indiana yet but I wont bragg about it otherwise I will get nailed for it. I dont understand why they ticket people for it. I think its more dangerous at night without window tint because of peoples blinding lights in your rr view mirror but what i know
that is why i love the height of my truck. dont get many folks blinding me from the rear and when a ricer pulls out in front of me, if i position the truck right, I can get them in all 3 mirrors and they can't seem to get away from the lights!!
jwb600, wasnt it you that said you have 32 on your windshield? I am goin tomorrow to get 15 on my fronts and either 40 or 32 on the windshield. I have either 40 or 50 now but its just not a good tint, nor tint job so I am gettin it redone with Llumar.
So, how is the 32 at night with the not so great headlights that these trucks have?

wap I have 35% on the windsheild. if you tow alot I wouldnt get it. I dont work with my truck much. it helps alot during the day when the sun is out. when the sun goes down it is pretty gloomy then. I have the rest done in 5% all over. I used to take all my trucks to a guy that used lumar tint. ive been told its the best & very expensive. It is hard to back up at night, but I like the looks and like the fact of people cant see what im doing inside, in case heavy petting occurs

LOL I had 5% on my old gasser, I agree it can be hard to see. I got used to it after a while and when I first got my Ford it was wierd driving anywhere with the windows up cuz there was little to no tint to them. I am still not sure if I will tint the windows in my Ram, I probably will but I need to stop spending money on it at some point. Jesse how much did you spend for yours minus the windshield?

I had a truck freshman year of college that had 20% on the windshield and it was very hard to see at night. None of my friends would ever drive it because it was so hard to see.
Might not be such a problem in well lit urban areas though.

120 for everything. the guy will come to your house adam. he cut me a deal because he done two trucks here at the same time. he is out of greenwood and carrys lighter tint like 35% & 20% I think. I have to have something on there. I think some tint still looks better than none. Im a weirdo it has to be tinted. I just think it makes a vehicle look good also. on these hot days it helps out.
