I just got my new Triple Dog downloader and went to install and it said I had a TSB flash and to update my downloader. The guy where I bought it said they had updated it. How exactly do I go about updating it? I have a USB cable that works for my printer that also fits this. Thanks

Ok, I got that far. Now do I save the update to my computer desktop and then open the zip file?

 

i just skipped it. i already had the flash done and it said i needed to get the flash or it recommended it, i just said screw it and installed it.

 

yes save it and then it should ask you if you want to install, yes, then just follow the promts. once you install it you open the main file "customer upgrade" and plug into box and cpu and click install. It takes about 10-15 minutes to update. And make for sure that it its completely uninstalled from your truck.

 

I think I got it going. I opened up the file it downloaded and clicked update and it asked to connect to downloader. I have not added anything to my truck yet. It prompted me about the flash before I installed anything.

 

Oh yeah its showing the progress on the downloader. Thanks guys for your help. I'll let you know how I like it
