I'm not going to try to fight DC, but with the mods I have and no drags or pulling shouldn't the trans have lasted longer than 10,000 miles?

 

I would think so, but depends on what level the BDTD is on and how hard you are driving it.

 

I fought DC & won thru the state lemon law. No performance mods prior to my tranny problems but I went thru 3 TC's, 2 VB's, 2 OD solenoids, 2 front bushings & numerous other little parts all w/in 15K mi. My tranny was never fixed right. Got enough $ to buy a Goerend tranny, though!

 

What exactly has happened to your tranny?

 

Trans wont shift into second. I don't think I was all that hard on it. I only boost launched a couple of times to see what it would do but after that I rolled into the throttle as much as possible. Plenty of WOT acceleration, but most always from 2nd gear and up. I know, you play you pay and I have accepted that but I still think the trans should have help up more than 10k miles. Taking the truck in tomorrow for a new ATS trans.
