Toyo Open Country MT

Does anyone know of a place that has this tire IN STOCK in 35x12.5x18? I have searched all over the internet and found only one place that has them but some jack *** ordered 5 so they only have 3. I have to have these tires SOON! All help appreciated.

Good luck! Mine will be in this coming Monday. I have been waiting since last month.

The M/T is in such high demand that Toyo cannot produce them fast enough. They have been on national backorder for about a year now. Only a few sizes are in stock and that's only because they aren't a common or wanted size.

I would suggest you get the three that are available and put an order in for the straggler. I think the wait is down to about a month now....

Yep, they are on a national backorder. I worked for a company that was strictly a Toyo dealer and I had one heck of a time getting my 4 for my truck then 1 for a full size spare.

Where are you located?

Thumbs up Nitto Terra Grapplers Mud

Try Discounttiredirect.com and look for the Nitto brand, they are the sister tire to Toyo and have a pretty similiar looking tread design

I have 4 used ones right here at a tire place where I live, they are about 60-70 percent. They want 800 for them. I was going to trade my tires in and get them but opted against...They also told me since the sell more toyo tires than anybody in the world(company being Les Schwab Tires), Toyo is building a plant here in the states just to mainly keep up with the demand of the tire! SO I guess they are breaking ground on the plant here in the next few months

The Nitto mud tires and the Toyo MT are nothing alike..

I saw a set of the Coopers on a truck this week and they look like a real good tire. Problem is that every place I have called says they can't get them either.

These freakin tire companines are not stupid. They are taking a page from the oil industry. They keep supplies tight and that helps keep prices high. I don't understand why there is a line 7 months long for certain tires that are $350+ each. Seems like they would want to make as many as possible....oh yeah, now I remember what I learned about supply and demand in economics and what happens to price when there is a surplus.
