towing with water meth and smarty?

I'll be putting a stage 2 snow kit on my truck this week because of hi temps while towing my 10k toy hauler. Also I will be running my smarty with the beta 4.4. My question is will I be able to run the boost juice from snow? Or does it have to much meth to run with this tune? Would I be better off running peak windshield washer fluid? Or some other type? I would imagine the 4.4 would add quite a bit of timing itself. Thanks for your help. Im getting this to avoid melting down my engine. Now I dont want to ruin it because of excessive timing.

I've always been told to run more water for cooling and more meth for power adder. I've never ran the boost juice. Almost always -20 Washer Fluid (20/80 mixture), straight water, or a gallon of washer fliud per bottle of heet (50/50 mixture). My truck runs much cooler with straight water.

Boost juice is 49% meth and not recommended for towing. You are better running straight water, but no more than 10% meth. Once you see how much water you can really use, I think you'll agree the meth is too expensive anyway.

I don't see that you are running any injectors, that sps turbo should keep things cool on its own. Try running regular revo to help bring temps down.

My truck doesnt like the regular revo. The betas run the best. It gets kinda warm with my trailer in tow. I have read to many horror stories with these 03 and 04 engines dropping valve seats. Thats really why im getting the water meth. So the windshield wiper fluid has to much meth for towing? Then what should i do? Mix my own? How? Or just run straight distilled water? How do I keep it from freezing? Im trying to learn as much as i can without melting my engine. Thanks for all your help. Sorry if some of these questions sound dumb.

There is no dumb question.... you'll see some dumb answers though

You're getting warm because even on the low settings with beta 4.4, it is still throwing a lot of fuel into the cylinders. There is not much HP difference from sw2 to sw9. I realize that the beta runs great and is much stronger than regular revo, but you need to get the temps down. The Betas, versions 4.2,4.3,4.4, were the precurser to TNT. Would you tow with TNT and expect low egts? Explain how your truck doesn't like revo... maybe we can help that way.

Before the revo days, beta 4.4 was my favorite tune and I towed with it myself. I have a 10k TT.

You do need to be concerned about dropping valve seats with high, extended periods of heat. I did it, it is not fun.

Running the windshield washer fluid depends on what kind. If you use the -20* stuff, cut it with water to achieve no more than 10% (that is enough to keep it from freezing down to about 17-20* in my experience). If using the +20* stuff, run it straight. In the summer run straight water. I see you got the stage two, do you have just the little 1/2 gallon reservoir? If so, you are gonna need to get a bigger tank, or stop every 20miles to refill the little tank. Is your stage two boost referenced or egt referenced? For your usage, egt is better and will conserve the water more.

Im not sure if it is based off egts or boost. I should get it today. I ordered it with the 7 gallon tank also. When I ran the revo in the past my truck would just buck and pop really bad. Regardless of setting. I tried everything. It wouldnt do it with the tnt. It just didnt have the power it does with the betas. I was towing with the 4.2 previously. I know its a race tune, it just has some crazy bottom end torque. But it was getting really hot with this tune. My truck dynoed out at 1000lb ft at under 2k rpm with that tune. Havent pulled this trailer loaded yet with the 4.4.I switched to the 4.4 last night. I got the snow kit just in case of hi temps. Not to sure whether its egt or boost. Guess i'll find out when i get it. Hopefully tonight. Well i'll definately stay away from the boost juice.
