Thanx Hottapper. Within the last hour I PM'd Bob Wagner asking for it. I told him that I would like to try the mild TM. My wife dies not like driving on the wild TM. She asked what was wrong with my truck when she went to the store while camping.

With that small stock turbo, you should not be pushing it over 32-34 psi tops... you are way out the efficiency range and blowing superheated air resulting in high egts... you need a new turbo before that one goes pop! You really are living dangerously!!
Yes I know .... and I wish she would grenade so I would have an excuse to replace it. I have tried to kill it since new and she won't give up ... so far I will destroy her yet ..... 46 lbs boost for 9 mins straight today up a steep hill...... die already would ya

No not a thing. I am too busy working to mess with things until they break honestly. It took me 56K km to break the stock tranny .... chipped with bully dog from 2100 km, to kill the stock tq. Then the ATS tq and vb went in ... but I did straight pipe it somewhere in that time. I really want to do studs, lift pump. F1 injectors, a turbo ... etc. But I am too busy with work and life to fix stuff before I break it. That happens when you put 3700+ hours in at work I suppose. But I beat the heck out of this thing and it keeps coming back for more .... gotta love it I need to do something about the turbo / exhaust though as it defuels all the time on EGT's
