Took a test drive w/ Pier's new BB twin's.....WOW

I just got back from a kick but ride featuring the new ball bearing race twins from Pier's.

This was in soulezoo's 03 SO w/ stage 3 cp3, flux 2.4 and TNT/R. These water cooled BB twins sound like no other. Usually twins are quieter then big singles but these were singing even at low boost. They spooled in under 2 seconds and hit hard. Never felt a truck pull 80-120mph so quick. He guestimated that he was around 600rwhp on sw#1.

Finally someone has come through and hooked us 3rd gen's up with a great set of twins. All these year's we've been asking for some top shelf kick but twins and now there here.

Your missing something. Question is answered above. I live in Langley both PDR and Peak diesel are located here. Piers sold PDR awhile back.

Its from Peak/Piers not PDR.

John, I just heard about the J&H and really want to go, but if im gonna spend the $$$ in fuel I'd like to compete. I have enough for a ofe but not a 3250DD like I want. I gotta make a few phone call's.

I hope we call all represent

I heard that. For the first time in my life I'm thinking like ****, it's 45-50 cents per mile in fuel cost!
$300+ round trip in fuel alone. Plus $100 hotel. Ouch, when you don't have anyone to share expenses with.

Hope my trans gets done this week. Then I'll be able to use the Smarty and hopefully get a little better than the 12mpg average I'm getting now... No competition for me yet. I need to do a few major mods first, like a set of twins like the ones you posted about...
