TNT Tune!!
#62
Is this going to be a file on the Mads site that is available to everyone or just the chosen few? Have not been following this like I should have since I just got my truck back to the point I can run my Smarty again. The other modded pump and big sticks I had been running were not Smarty friendly.
BTW, thanks John & Don.

Alright i've got a question i've been wondering about for a while and im not sure if it's been answered already not.
I've got the 4.4 right now and as most of you know its a dream. It adds pressure though and from what i understand this new TNT isn't going to add any sort of pressure. Correct? So if the TNT tune is going to add more power than the 4.4, 4.3, and 4.2 WITHOUT pressure....
Then Its gonna be absolutely NUTS with a Mp-8 or some other kind of pressure box right?
Am i getting all this right or did i miss something along the way?

So if everyone was using the tst on 2/0 with the beta files and the mp8 on 65-70% before when they dynoed then will the tst still be used for something other than timing or will we have to scale that back also.
Its like goin bigger with sticks, the bigger the sticks the less programming you can use right?

There was a time when Smarty would add so much... say 5 on a scale of one to ten for reference sake with regular programs. Then you could get another 3 with a TST and another 2 with MP-8. Then when the Betas came along, it was more like 7 with smarty, 1.5 with TST and another 1.5 with MP-8.
I think with the TNT tune it will be closer to something like 9 with smarty and .5 each TST and MP-8...
As much as the TNT file is going to do, I don't think there is going to be a whole lot left over to squeeze out from other stuff... there is a physical limitation to what can be done.
